Property information · Singapore
Ask about a home.
Or about publishing one.
Have a question about property information, or want to enquire about having a property featured on SHS? Start with the home, the area and what you need to clarify.
Choose My EnquirySHS provides information and publication-enquiry support. We do not act as an estate agency or represent you in a property transaction.
Home listings
Individual listings are not displayed here.
You can still ask a useful property question.
This page does not display individual homes for sale or rent, asking prices, or live unit availability. It provides a way to enquire about published property information or ask whether SHS can consider information for publication.
If you already have a public property link, you can include it with your question. For a viewing, offer, reservation or transaction, contact the property owner, developer or an appropriately licensed property professional.
For readers and home seekers
Bring a specific question.
A clear enquiry is easier to understand than a broad request for “the best property”. You do not need to share personal documents to start.
- Identify what you are asking about.
Give the property or project name, general area, or a public link you are referring to. If you are still researching, describe the type of home and location you have in mind.
- Say which detail needs clarification.
For example: where a published figure came from, when information was last checked, or whether your question belongs with the owner, developer or licensed representative.
- Separate information from availability.
A website description or photograph is not confirmation that a home is available. Ask the relevant property party to verify current price, availability, viewing arrangements and transaction terms.
- State your stage.
“Just researching” and “considering a specific purchase” raise different questions. If your concern is financing, say so; the lender will make the final assessment and loan decision.
For property-publication enquiries
Ask about the process before sending a full submission.
SHS’s Terms cover property information submitted for possible publication. An enquiry does not confirm acceptance, placement, promotion or a transaction outcome.
Explain your connection to the property and ask whether the information can be considered. Confirm the current process and any applicable terms directly with SHS before sending a complete set of materials or agreeing to a service.
Useful details to discuss
You can describe the property type, general location, whether the enquiry concerns sale, rental or general information, and your relationship to the property. A public link can provide context without sending a bundle of files.
Questions to ask SHS
Ask what kinds of property information can currently be considered, which details would be public, how corrections are handled, and whether any fees or other terms apply. This page does not quote a publication price or set a submission deadline.
Before sharing photographs or other material
Check that you have the right to provide the material and permission to disclose any information belonging to others. Tell SHS if a photograph is illustrative or if a detail is uncertain. Do not assume that everything you send should appear publicly.
Keep the facts current
Make clear when supplied information was checked and which details still need confirmation. If property information later changes, ask how to update or withdraw the published material.
Publication does not create an estate-agency relationship.
SHS does not represent buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants or developers as an estate agency. Property content and publication enquiries do not appoint SHS to negotiate, arrange a transaction or make commitments for you. Use the relevant property party or an appropriately licensed professional for those arrangements.

What is your question about?
Start with a short question and public context. Avoid sending NRIC/passport details, bank statements, title documents, access codes or someone else’s private contact details in your first enquiry.
Your selection only changes the suggested message on this page. This page has no file upload or personal-information form. Read SHS’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service before sending information for possible publication.
Common questions
What to expect from this page.
Select a question to expand its answer.
Are there homes I can browse here?
No individual property listings are displayed on this page. There is no live inventory feed, price list or availability search. You can make a property-information or publication enquiry. For upcoming and recent developments, see the separate new-property-launch guide.
Can I ask about a property I found elsewhere?
You can include its public link and the detail you want to clarify. Current availability, prices and transaction arrangements need confirmation from the relevant owner, developer or licensed property professional. Sharing a link does not authorise SHS to represent you in a transaction.
Will information I submit definitely be published?
No. The SHS Terms allow property information to be considered for possible publication; sending material does not guarantee publication or promotion. Ask about the current process first. SHS may request clarification, edit, decline or remove material under its Terms.
What does property publication cost?
This page does not quote a fee or promise a free service. Ask SHS to confirm whether any charges apply and the relevant terms before agreeing to a service. Do not treat an enquiry or an unconfirmed submission as an accepted publication arrangement.
Can SHS negotiate a sale or arrange a viewing for me?
SHS does not act as an estate agency or represent buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants or developers. For viewing, negotiation, reservation and transaction arrangements, contact the relevant property owner, developer or appropriately licensed property professional.
Should I send photographs and documents straight away?
Begin with a short enquiry and public context. Ask which materials are needed and how they should be provided. Only share material you have the right to supply; avoid private or confidential information that is unnecessary for the enquiry. Do not include identity or financial documents in your opening message.
How is this different from the new-launch page?
The new-property-launch page covers upcoming and recent developments and launch-related research. This page is for general property-information and possible-publication enquiries. It does not duplicate the launch watchlist or confirm unit availability.
How can I flag outdated property information on SHS?
Send the public SHS page link, identify the detail you believe needs correction and explain what has changed. If you have an authoritative public source, include its link. Avoid forwarding private correspondence or another person’s confidential information.
